The responsible use of valuable resources, the protection of the environment and bringing the future of the company in line with ecological principles are firmly anchored in our corporate mission statement. Active getting involved in the cooperation project “Ökoprofit” is therefore a logical consequence for Jüke.
We get involved in “Ökoprofit” because we want to exchange experiences, get to know good examples and get advice from an experienced team in the development of a sustainable environmental management system. Our aim is to make an effective contribution to a future worth living for coming generations, while at the same time achieving economic benefits for the company. Through appropriate measures, we would like to reduce operating costs by saving valuable resources and, for example, using less water and energy, avoiding waste and reducing CO2 emissions. In addition, we want to further expand solar power generation and use current technologies to protect resources more efficiently.
In light of this, we are keen to learn about well-done solutions in the local “Ökoprofit” network and to make our own experience available. We combine our commitment to “Ökoprofit” with the expectation that we will be able to establish a properly functioning waste management system, successfully implement ecology- and economy-driven measures and, in the long term, obtain ISO 14001 certification.
