JÜKE will be present at the BMWi’s festival of ideas on 09 May 2019 in Berlin. “The medium-sized companies are the creative strength of the German economy – and beyond,” says the BMWi in its invitation to the event – “Innovationstag Mittelstand 2019”.
The latest results from current projects will be presented to a broad audience from science, business and politics. One of these is VoPaWI 4.0 (“Development of a fully automated parallel application of effect-related and instrumental non-target analytics using a laboratory 4.0 platform”), a cooperation project between JÜKE Systemtechnik, Axel Semrau and IUTA (Institut für Energie- und Umwelttechnik e. V.). It is an automated system for drug analysis, food control, environmental analysis, drug development or the precise handling of toxic or expensive substances in the laboratory. In this project, an exact dosing and weighing technology is combined with an automatic sample preparation device via a multidimensional robot to form a complete fully automated system. This unique milestone in the automation of laboratory activities makes it possible to break through a previously limited work area and automate work steps that previously had to be performed manually.
At the BMWi event in Berlin, more than 300 research institutions, companies and networks will present over 200 brand-new innovations from medical technology, 3D printing, artificial intelligence and a large number of other future fields.
The Innovation Day is an ideal platform for dialogue between scientists, entrepreneurs, politicians, journalists and interested members of the public. In addition to the exhibitors, the event also offers an interesting stage and lecture programme on current topics.
