The Bundestag candidates of the party “Bündnis 90/Die Grünen” Dr. Anne-Monika Spallek and Maria Klein-Schmeink visited Jüke Systemtechnik today to discuss the importance and system relevance of medical technology in Germany with the two owners and managing directors Heinrich Jürgens and Martin Hovestadt. Jüke is an internationally operating service provider for product development, contract manufacturing and regulatory affairs of medical, laboratory and analytical devices and systems. The company works exclusively on behalf of customers for leading companies in the fields of medical technology, analytical, biotechnology and laboratory technology as well as photonics. As a result of a large number of successfully implemented projects, the experts at Jüke have close contact with customers and are therefore well informed about the economic and political context of Germany as a location for medical technology. In the open and good discussion, the position paper of the industry association SPECTARIS with industrial policy recommendations of German medical technology industry was discussed and recommendations to politicians were considered.
