Jüke has been active for 31 years as a medium-sized family business in the field of medical technology, analytical, bio and laboratory technology and photonics exclusively on behalf of customers. The past year has been positive for us despite the difficult general conditions. As a result, we have now expanded our team of experts to 112 employees.
As company, we have a great responsibility to these employees and their families, as well as to our customers. To ensure that Jüke continues to develop positively in the future, the two shareholders and CEOs Heinrich Jürgens and Martin Hovestadt addressed the important issue of succession in time and prepared the way for the handover. Max Jürgens has already been with the company since March 2020 and has since that time undergone an intensive training phase in which he has worked in all departments and has thus been able to get to know his colleagues and the tasks. Steffen Hovestadt has also been with the company since January of this year. He is going through the same training phase and is being prepared for his future tasks just like Max Jürgens.
The entire Jüke team is excited and pleased about this step into the succession. It is nice to know that Jüke will remain a family business and that continuity and reliability are still stable values of the company, not only for the employees but also for customers.
